The 3 Items Every Traveler Needs Before Their Next Trip

Ladies and gentlemen, my peak travel season is rapidly approaching!

Over the next couple of months, I'll be packing my bags to head out west, overseas and to some other domestic locations! As an avid traveler, I have quickly learned the top things that everyone should invest in before they embark on their next adventure. Though some may seem basic, you'd be surprised just how many people can't cross all three things off their list.

DURABLE LUGGAGE

This may seem so obvious, but do you know how many demolished suitcases I've seen coming out of baggage claim, or people toting their case around the airport in a fury only to have two of the wheels pop off in the process? GET THE RIGHT SET! I didn't realize how important this was until I received my first Delsey luggage set. In fact, I loved it so much that I made Lantz want his own set, too. They are lightweight and very durable - plus there are compartments for all of your different items! If you're looking for extreme durability, they even have a few steel suitcase options to hold everything together confidently. My favorite part? Their built-in TSA-approved locks! You can check out their entire assortment here.

WALK-FOR-MILES SHOES

I will be the first to admit that I am "that" girl who would rather sacrifice comfort for the outfit. But when it comes to our overseas travel where we walk upwards of 15 miles a day, that's just not an option. Recently I was introduced to San Antonio Shoemakers and their Marnie sneakers. I am SUPER skeptical of comfort when it comes to sneakers, as I've tried many that become uncomfortable when they get wet, cause blisters and more. These sneakers are actually heaven - I didn't take them off for at least 45 minutes after simply trying them on because it felt like walking on a cloud. Don't believe me? Order a pair for yourself to try and then thank me later!!

TSA PRE-CHECK

I'm really not sure what took Lantz and I this long to really look into this - honestly, we've talked about it so many different times while at the airport but always forget once back home. For all of you that travel in and out of highly populated airports (I'm looking at you, Orlando) make your life easier and get TSA Pre! You'll be able to skip the long lines, keep your shoes on, not have to unpack your carry-on... essentially taking the stress out of getting to your gate on time. If you're someone who travels a lot internationally, check out Global TSA Pre!

I am so excited to get my bags packed and go on some adventures! Upcoming content you can expect to see: Zion National Park, Utah, Grand Canyon, Paris, French Riviera, Nashville and more!

Ready to jet!

x, B
