Calling All Brides: Truly Custom Save-the-Dates and Wedding Invitations

I am SO excited to start sharing regular wedding content with all of you! I'm in the midst of putting the finishing touches on my editorial calendar for this year as it comes to all things wedding related, and my hope is to bring you some fresh content every Wednesday covering this year-long prep!

I know you're probably wondering, "What makes them better than the rest?"

Truth be told, I wondered the same thing at first until I got into the design process. HOLY COW. Basic Invite's interface was incredible to use - they are one of the only design sites that allowed me to move text around as I pleased. Believe it or not, this made a HUGE difference for me - especially when working with select photos! Worried that you may not like your design? Basic Invite is one of the few websites that allows customers the ability to order a printed sample of their actual invitation so they can see exactly how it will print, as well as the paper quality, before they ever have to place their final order.



Creating a full wedding set has also never been easier! Basic Invite offers over 1000 wedding invitation sets complete with save-the-dates, RSVP cards, accommodation cards, menus, programs and more. I hope to order one of their custom guest books and menus to match our design suite for our wedding next!

Basic Invite is also one of the few websites that allows customers almost unlimited color options with instant previews online. Once you select a design you can change the color of each element on the card to over 180 different color options. So, you can make sure the card is exactly how you want it - down to the littlest detail. This was also one of my favorite features on their site while designing! It was so neat to see how everything would look in each color option. Plus, they have more than 40 color options for envelopes!

As if this all wasn't enough, Basic Invite offers wedding coaster designs and a free address collection service to coincide with their free address printing. If only everything was this easy! Looking to create a wedding website as well? Their all-new wedding websites are completely customizable just like the wedding invitations! The websites are mobile friendly and super easy to use. You can instantly upload all of your wedding details along with images and a map with directions which is super convenient for your guests.
