As if I needed more of an excuse to love this restaurant, Bartaco introduced their latest #bartacosecret taco and it's a good one... Their new Ancho Chile and Braised Short Rib taco is nothing short of incredible.
For starters, Bartaco is the perfect atmosphere for any occasion - drinks after work, a casual lunch spot with an outdoor patio, or an intimate date night with low lighting and lit candles. Seriously, you just can't go wrong.
Now, if you ask me, I've got my top three favorites that I HAVE to order when I make a visit (which tends to be frequent): the fried oyster, ribeye and duck tacos. But, I'll be honest... that threesome may have to turn into a quad with this new option.
If the above images don't have you dialing your bestie for a lunch date tomorrow, think about snacking on one of these while sipping on a refreshing mint lemonade. This sweet drink is a must if you're eating in! It never hurts to chomp on some salsa verde and chips while you're waiting on your taco tray, too.
