Inside-Out S'mores Bars

*Hint Hint... V-Day deliciousness* ;)

Greetings fellow dessert lovers.

Without a doubt, I'm a lover of chocolate and baking. So, when I tasted these bad boys once they were out of the oven - which felt like an eternity, since my kitchen smelled heavenly - I knew that I wouldn't be able to eat just one.

Inside-out s'mores bars. AKA party in your mouth.

Without further ado, here's your newest date night (or any time, let's be real) treat.

INSIDE-OUT S'MORES BARS

INGREDIENTS:
- called for eggs, oil and water on brownie mix box
- 1 box family size brownie mix (I used Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie mixes)
- 1 box honey graham crackers
- cooking nonstick spray
- 1 bag mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9x13 pan with your nonstick cooking spray.
2. Mix and prepare brownie mix according to package directions with ingredients - eggs, oil and water.
3. Pour half of your brownie mixture into the pan.
4. Top with a layer of graham crackers - break them to fit as necessary!
5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of graham crackers, covering with a complete layer.
6. Top with remaining half of brownie batter over marshmallow layer.
7. Bake for 25-30 minuted, or until edges are crisp and center is set. **The toothpick test won't work for these because of the marshmallow layer!** The top of the brownies should be solid to the touch (not super gooey). If needed, bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let cool to set completely. Slice into bars (I make mine the size of the graham crackers I used!) and serve.

Here's an up-close and personal look at these bad boys once they're ready to devour.
Are you running for the ingredients yet?

xx,
B
